Steven Quagliano

Steven Quagliano is a certified Autism Specialist who has been working with the autism spectrum disorder population and other special needs since he graduated from the State University of New York in 1994 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. In addition, Steven is certified by the Arizona Department of Education in the STAR Autism Program, and holds ADOS-2 evaluator certification from Western Psychological Services. Throughout his career, Steven has worked in school districts and clinics in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. He works as a Consultant and Autism/Behavioral Specialist, providing professional development to school district faculty and staff, on the job training to teachers, therapists, and psychologists. Steven works closely with IEP teams on development and implementation of student goals and educational programs, conducts Functional Behavior Assessments, creates Behavior Intervention Plans, and provides consultation and education to parents and caregivers.

Steven also specializes in behavioral coaching with such behaviors associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Social Skills disorders. He provides behavior modification, behavioral assessments, intervention plans, and social skills training.

Mr. Quagliano administers autism assessments and treatment to children, adolescents and adults. He provides staff and community education on Autism Spectrum Disorders, and has presented at Autism Conferences of America’s “Arizona Back to School Autism and Asperger’s Conference”. Additionally, he creates “Ability Awareness” trainings for students, educational consulting for parents, and social skills training for those on the autism spectrum.
